Minor Injuries (Sprains & Soft Tissue Injuries)

Care for common minor injuries like strains and sprains.

About Sprains & Soft Tissue Injuries

Sprains and soft tissue injuries happen when muscles, tendons, or ligaments are stretched or torn. These injuries often cause pain, swelling, and reduced movement, and are commonly caused by falls, sports, or accidents.
Prompt assessment and care can help reduce discomfort, support healing, and prevent further damage. Most soft tissue injuries will improve with time, movement, and appropriate care.

We provide a brief initial assessment appointment for your new minor injury as well as and pain relief of off-work certificates needed to manage your injury in the early stages. For some people, these injuries will heal on their own over time and for others, ongoing care with a physiotherapy provider would be recommended.
