About Migraines
Migraine is a type of intense headache that causes moderate to severe pain, often with nausea and sensitivity to light or sound. It may affect one side of the head and can last from hours to days. Migraines can be triggered by factors such as dehydration, stress, hormonal changes, exercise, poor sleep, or certain foods. Some people experience warning symptoms before a migraine starts. With the right treatment and support, symptoms can usually be managed effectively.
