About Cold Sores
Cold sores are small, fluid-filled blisters that usually appear around the lips. They are caused by the herpes simplex virus and can be triggered by stress, illness, or sun exposure. While they often heal on their own, antiviral medicine can help reduce symptoms and speed up recovery.
